MIP_3DM_FACTORY_STREAMING_COMMAND_ACTION_MERGE	Merges support descriptors into existing format(s). May reorder descriptors.
MIP_3DM_FACTORY_STREAMING_COMMAND_ACTION_ADD	Adds descriptors to the current message format(s) without changing existing descriptors. May result in duplicates.
